  The KCB gear oil pump series consists of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and so on.The gear is treated with high hardness and wear resistance.The shaft is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve.The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved when the pump is working. The four bearings in the pump are mounted in the pump, and the end clearance is adjusted automatically with the pressure of work. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolved product efficiency is high.   1. It can give performance as transfer pump or booster pump in oil deliver system. 2. It can be also applied as fuel pump for delivery system, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system and in all industry fields as lubricating. 3. Stainless steel material pump can be used to transfer food oil and corrosive liquid. 4. cast steel pump can be used to transfer high temperature oil, and this material pump can have heat jacket, to keep the pump body warm.  The pump seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the delivered medium is high temperature, high vise or strong corrosion, packing seal should be adopted.When the delivered medium is easy crystalline, we can design the heat preservation jacket in pump casing and front cover in order to melt the medium with steam when working.
