First, the use of low temperature vacuum drying oven

This series of low temperature vacuum drying ovens are suitable for drying heat sensitive materials that are easily decomposed, polymerized or deteriorated at high temperatures. It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurities are mixed into the material during the drying process. It belongs to the static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dry material will not be damaged, and it is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronics and other industries.

Second, the principle of low temperature vacuum drying oven:

The dried material is subjected to heating and drying under vacuum conditions, and the low-temperature vacuum drying box uses a vacuum pump to perform pumping and dehumidification, thereby accelerating the drying rate. When the heating temperature is constant and the degree of vacuum is increased, the drying rate can be increased. When the degree of vacuum is constant, the heating temperature is increased to accelerate the drying rate. By increasing the degree of vacuum and increasing the heating temperature, the drying rate is greatly accelerated. If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered by a condenser. If SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series water jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser can be omitted.

Third, the characteristics of the vacuum drying oven:

1. The system achieves balance by controlling the heating-vacuum, so that the whole process of the material is in a moderate to high boiling state without overflowing (monitoring);

2. The material is dried in a boiling state, and the dipstick block is in a loose porous state. After pulverization, the fine powder has a small bulk density and is more soluble;

3. The design of the drying box through the heating plate layer has a larger heating area than the conventional vacuum box, and the heating is more uniform;

4. In order to facilitate the simultaneous drying of each material, it is designed to have higher requirements for the flatness of the heating material and the heating plate;

5. The low-temperature vacuum drying box uses compressed gas/steam to form a "gas needle/air knife" to effectively pierce/cut the crust, speed up the concentration process, avoid spillage caused by bumps, and effectively supplement the inertia through the device. The gas forms an effective protection for the material, ensures the excellent color of the active material and the material, and at the same time effectively improves the drying speed by convection;

6, side multi-channel vacuum / qi, so that the vacuum inside the system, after the use of the layer heating, still uniform, while effectively avoiding the condensed water back into the material, causing local non-drying and affecting the drying speed;

7. Optional nitrogen generator can effectively utilize the heat generated during the nitrogen production process while enjoying the inert material protection, and the most efficient energy saving;

8. Optional steam recovery unit for maximum energy saving;

9. Optional CIP cleaning system (with steam cleaning, soaking, spraying and other cleaning modes);
