The project is based on the B/S structure to build a remote online measurement and test network platform for charging facilities. It is intended to solve the problem of data interaction, online measurement and test module design, and vehicle-mounted charging facility verification/detection system development. The final research goal is to develop an online measurement and test platform based on IoT charging facilities, including on-site measurement and test modules, data processing and communication modules, and develop two sets of vehicle-mounted charging facility verification/detection systems, which satisfy JJG 1148-2018 and JJG1149-2018. It also meets the requirements of the standard NB/T 33008.2 arrival acceptance inspection test project, and proposes international standard development plans for the online measurement method standards (procedures), AC and DC measurement test modules for charging facilities.
The project cooperates with the Hefei Institute of Material Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a number of industry-leading new energy charging facilities companies. The implementation of this project will effectively promote the service platform of China's new energy charging facilities operators to the world, which is beneficial to China's new energy automobile industry. The furnace wall does not need refractory bricks, but only requires thermal insulation materials. Compared with the conventional heavy furnace wall, the weight can be reduced by 60% ~ 70%, the furnace wall heat storage is reduced by 80%, the start and stop time is shortened, and the fuel consumption is reduced. The load of the furnace steel frame is greatly reduced, saving refractory materials and steel.


The third type is the pierced pipe water wall. The barbed pipe water wall pipe is made by welding many grab nails with a length of 20 to 26 mm and a diameter of 6 to 12 mm on the water wall pipe. It is mainly used to lay the gas belt. Generally, for boilers that burn fuel with low calorific value and low volatile content, in order to stabilize the fire, pierced pipe water walls are often used for laying the fire protection belt.
