After crushing washing drying ,the flakes will go to extruder, and we also can do this kind extruder.
The extruder has two types feeder:
- Force feeder,suit for hdpe bottles flake or other PP PE PS ABS PET hard materials.
-Compactor,like grinder,but really not grinder. This kind feeder suit for PP PE film and plastic bags.
And the cutter we suggest you use water ring cutter, this kind cutter is easy and asfety.save your time and avoid the material to cut down everytime.
