Wuxi No. 2 Rubber developed a new rubber roller

WRC-365 anti-winding rubber roller is another new surface untreated rubber roller developed by Wuxi No. 2 Rubber Co., Ltd. after the series of anti-winding rollers represented by WRC-965. WRC-365 rubber roller is a better type of domestic processing-free rubber roller. Its high elasticity and high resistance are better than WRC-965 roller. The rubber roller after grinding is not required to be coated with any coating.

The characteristics of WRC-365 anti-winding roller are: good resilience, small opening, excellent grip performance, excellent winding resistance, good and stable yarn quality, and no discoloration in use. Compared with the existing rubber rollers on the market, the WRC-365 rubber roller has a more uniform lateral holding force, and the fiber control ability of the edge of the yarn is enhanced, which is advantageous for reducing fiber loss and flying. Its excellent high elastic energy makes it moderately deformed during operation, strong cushioning ability and relatively stable gripping force. This product is suitable for medium and high count yarns of spun cotton, color yarn and polyester/cotton spinning. It is especially suitable for spinning high count yarns and can be used for combing separation rubber rollers.
