Dye industry looks forward to early implementation of the new export policy
Ceramic Filter plate has following
characteristics: large filter area, high intensity and even aperture. Besides,
the aperture size can be adjusted according to actual demands. The basic
material is alumina, it has good resistance to acid and alkali. After a period
of application, the ceramic filter board can be cleaned by cycle reverse
cleaning, ultrasonic and chemical cleaning agent and so on, to let the boards
work with high efficiency.

Peng Youling, deputy secretary-general of the China Dyestuff Industry Association, told reporters that since the outbreak of the global financial crisis this year, the international dye market has shrunk drastically, and China's dye export volume has dropped significantly. At the same time, the large number of domestic textile printing and dyeing companies closed down, so that the domestic demand for dyes drastically decreased. According to customs statistics, the export volume of dyes in September this year was 11,105 tons, a decrease of 48.71% compared with the same period of last year. Since the second half of this year, the sales revenue and operating rate of most dye production companies have dropped significantly compared to the first half of the year. According to a survey of major domestic dye production companies, the average sales revenue from July to October decreased by about 60% from March to June, and the output decreased by about 58%.
In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the dye industry has developed rapidly. Currently, the dye industry has adjusted and eliminated “two high and one capital†products through energy conservation and emission reduction. Several major dye products such as domestic disperse dyes have achieved clean production and corporate emissions. Meet national environmental standards.
In July last year, the country adjusted its export tax rebate policy, and the export tax rebate rate for dye products was adjusted from 13% to 0. This coincided with the global financial crisis and brought unprecedented difficulties to the domestic dyestuff industry. At present, the China Dye Industry Association is advising relevant state agencies to restore export tax rebates for dyestuff products that use high-tech, energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the dye industry, such as disperse dyes, reactive dyes, indigo, organic pigments, and masterbatches. policy. In addition, the Dye Association is actively promoting scientific and technological innovation and stepping up industrial restructuring to maintain the stable development of the dye industry.
On November 10, Premier Wen Jiabao pointed out during the deployment of the Central Government’s policy measures that efforts were made to maintain steady growth in exports. Comprehensive use of export tax rebates, foreign trade development funds, financial discounts and other policy measures to support products with own brands, core technologies and large-scale machinery and equipment, as well as agricultural textile and other competitive labor-intensive products exports. On November 12, the State Council held an executive meeting to study the implementation measures for expanding domestic demand and mentioned raising the export tax rebate rate for some products.
The dye industry stated in this regard that it supports the state-sponsored New Deal, firmly believes that it can be implemented as soon as possible, and hopes that the country can raise the dye export tax rebate rate to help companies tide over the difficulties.
