FAW Xichai CA6DL/M starter production line in Quanzhou unveiled

Recently, the unveiling ceremony of the production line of FAW Xichai CA6DL/M starter was held in Kepler's production base of Quanzhou Yida Vehicle Electric Co., Ltd. Mr. Qian Hengrong, Director of FAW Xichai, issued a special line certificate to Yida, and he unveiled the production line with General Manager Chen Sunyi of Yida.

FAW Xichai CA6DL/M starter production line is based on Yida's powerful production equipment design and manufacturing capabilities. It is independently designed and invested by Yida Company. The production line adopts advanced technologies such as on-line intelligent detection, key parameter monitoring, fast quality feedback, and intelligent error prevention, which significantly improves the level of quality control and guarantees the product quality of the supporting FAW Xichai CA6DL/M starter.

Chen Sunyi, General Manager of Yida Company, stated at the unveiling ceremony that as an extension of the production system of FAW Xichai, the starter products produced by the production line of FAW Xichai CA6DL/M starter will meet 100% of Xichai's quality standards. 100% meets the requirements for parts inspection, and the art-line products must become quality products, and they must become "fine line" and "exemption inspection line" of FAW Xichai.

In addition, the reporter also learned that at the supplier conference at the end of 2011 at FAW Xichai, Xichai first identified 30 suppliers including Quanzhou Yida Vehicle Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. and Diesel System Co., Ltd. as the first "2011~ In 2016, the core supplier, Yida Company won the award of “Excellent Supplier Award” again. In this regard, Qian Hengrong, director of FAW Xichai, stated that Xichai valued its cooperation with Yida. The unveiling of the CA6DL/M starter production line meant that the relationship between the two parties was closer and smoother.
