US Anti-dumping Review of China Polyester Staple Fibre Is Finalized
China Drying Network News learned from the Ministry of Commerce that the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement on January 11th that the anti-dumping administrative review of polyester staple fiber originating in China was final and ruled that the dumping of Zhaoqing Tianfu New Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd., a Chinese company involved in the case The rate was 9.98%. The dumping margin of Far East Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and other Chinese companies was 44.30%. On July 3, 2006, the US Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping investigation on imported polyester staple fiber from China. On April 19, 2007, the US Department of Commerce made an anti-dumping final ruling on the case and ruled that the dumping margins of the companies involved in the case in China were as low as 44.30%.
