In general, the three-tier C/S structure has obvious advantages [1]: (1) With a single access point, the site's database can be accessed anywhere. (2) For various sources of information, the same interface is used for both text and graphics. (3) All information, regardless of platform, can be accessed using the same interface. (4) Reduce the cost of the entire system. (5) Maintenance and upgrading are very convenient. (6) The system has good scalability. (7) System management is simple, heterogeneous database can be supported, and it has high applicability. For this reason, the system uses a three-tier C/S structure. Its architecture [2] is as shown. System Development Environment At present, network operating systems mainly include Linux, Unix, Windows NT, and Netware. Netware is mainly used for LAN file servers; Unix is ​​mainly used for large and small computers, and its stability is relatively high; Linux is a PC version of Unix, and its stability is relatively high, but its operation interface is not friendly enough, and users are inconvenient to use. Therefore, Microsoft developed Windows2000Server and Windows98 as server and workstation operating systems, and developed database management system under Windows2000 platform because of its high network security and rich front-end support software. The database server uses MSSQLServer2000, and some C/S clients are written using VisualBasic6.0 code. System function model design According to the whole process of auto parts production, the system can be divided into the following parts: raw material receiving quality testing, parts quality testing, assembly quality testing, non-destructive testing, tooling testing, inventory testing. In this way, quality inspections can be performed throughout the product's life cycle to prevent the production of non-conforming products. The specific model [3] is as shown. Among them, I represents the input, O represents the output, and c is the control condition. Database design database occupies an important position in the system, and its structural design directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the system. The SQL Server 2000 used by the system is a database server that is organically combined with Windows, and has good data management and security capabilities. Using SQL Server 2000 can reduce the burden on the CPU, reduce network traffic, and improve data access efficiency. The front-end uses the ADO data access interface to access data and can realize the independence of program code and database, facilitating data migration [4]. The structure of the data flow database of the system should be able to fully satisfy the output and input of various kinds of information. Based on the analysis of the auto parts detection information, the data flow of the auto parts inspection information system as shown is obtained. Among them, the inspection plan includes full inspection and sampling plan; the disposal plan includes scrapping and returning; the change plan includes status change, change of inspection method, change of processing shop and so on. In the database logical structure design, the design of the logical structure of the database is explained only in the part of the receiving inspection module. When designing the logical structure of the database, full consideration was given to the standardized design requirements. Conclusion The C/S model adopted by this system has the advantages of agility and security. It can greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality inspection, improve the quality of the company's management, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
