·Shanghai is expected to introduce electric vehicle subsidy policy this year
The "Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2012-2020)" issued by the State Council has just landed, and Shanghai's new energy vehicle subsidy policy is expected to be launched within the year. Recently, Rong Wenwei, general manager of Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co., Ltd. made the above statement at the "Electric 100 Days" of the long-term test drive of China's electric vehicle international demonstration city held in Shanghai. Rong Wenwei also revealed that "the policy to be introduced this time is very strong." Previously, Rong Wenwei once said that Shanghai's policy may be combined with the license plate.
However, some insiders have analyzed that the license plates of Shanghai New Energy Vehicles are very likely to be dedicated to vehicles and cannot be mixed with the license plates of ordinary cars.
A survey data provided by Rong Wenwei shows that, considering the battery life and charging facilities of electric vehicles, electric vehicle owners often use them to get on and off work, and charge them when the remaining power is more than 60%. The survey is open from April 2011 to February 2012.
“Now there are 387 charging piles in Shanghai, and a charging and replacement station has been built, and another one will be built.†Rong Wenwei said, “The energy consumption problem has been significantly improved, and the operating data shows the driving distance per 100 kilometers. The average consumption of 16.9 kWh, the eight cars participating in the test drive road test also have a very good emission reduction effect, and this time the C30 is completely zero emissions."
Rong Wenwei also revealed that the current research and development of charging equipment for new energy vehicles relies on the national grid (microblogging), and until now, the related services provided by the State Grid are still free.
According to Rong Wenwei, electric vehicles can last for more than 100 kilometers, which can meet the travel needs in Shanghai. As the first cooperative brand of “Electric 100 Daysâ€, Volvo’s 15 pure electric vehicles C30 arrived in Shanghai on the 20th. The annual rent of the Volvo C30 is around 1,000 yuan.
