Large-scale rainfall caused Liaoning traffic to be affected to varying degrees

According to the Liaoning Provincial Department of Transportation, early morning on the 31st, due to extensive rainfall, traffic in Liaoning was affected to varying degrees.

Five highways in Liaoning Province had been affected due to rainfall and fog, but there was no damage. At present, all highways in the province are in open state.

Due to heavy rainfall, the major impacts of the Liaoning road are the Xinbin County and Qingyuan County of Fushun City, and roads and highways in some countries and counties and villages are damaged to varying degrees. According to preliminary statistics, as of 17:50 on the 31st, 19 (segment) roads above the county level were blocked.

After the water damage occurred, the Liaoning Provincial Communications Department and the Fushun City Communications Bureau established a four-component film to guide the water damage prevention and defense work on the principle of “save and protect safety quickly”. The transportation department dispatched 1920 road workers, 320 machines, 5.5 tons of steel wire, 92,000 woven bags, and 620 wooden piles to protect roads and roads, and carried out full-scale retrenchment according to the water conditions, and strived to resume traffic in a short period of time. As of press time, the repair work is still in progress.

In addition, some long-distance passenger buses were suspended due to water damage. No passengers were stranded under the traffic arrangements.
