The maximum luminous brightness is greater than 10000 cd/m2, the luminous efficiency is greater than 30 cd/A, the lifetime is more than 1500 hours, and the color temperature is 4000-7000 K. The device can be prepared by a solution processing method, and the production process is simple, and the production cost is expected to be reduced. In addition, the research results of the solution injection carrier/transport layer, the improvement of the light emission efficiency of the device, and the selection of the high reflectivity cathode structure are compatible with the mainstream roll-to-roll production process in the future, and have a good application prospect. At present, the single-emitting layer white light device prepared by this subject is mainly concentrated in small-sized devices, and the next experiment and research work on device size-enlargement preparation will be carried out. As a new type of solid-state lighting source, white OLED (organic light-emitting diode) has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, easy control, and low heat dissipation.
