The acceptance team also conducted detailed inspections and inquiries on the reverse logistics system for reverse transmission remanufacturing, project construction and completion, project operations, technical and management standardization, actual production capacity and design guidelines. After the acceptance, the representative of the acceptance team highly appraised the completion of the construction of the Fast Remanufacturing Project and put forward relevant suggestions and opinions on the in-depth development of the Fast Remanufacturing Project. At present, the scale of the global remanufacturing industry has exceeded US$100 billion, and remanufacturing has become an important industry in developed countries. Among them, the U.S. remanufacturing industry is the largest, with an output value of more than 75 billion U.S. dollars, 73,000 companies, automobile and construction machinery accounting for more than two thirds, and the remanufacturing of weapons systems is an important feature. For example, the B2 and B52 strategic bombers were twice Remanufactured, can serve until 2030. Japan's remanufacturing of construction machinery has reached the world's leading level, about 60% of products are used by Japanese domestic users, 30% are exported abroad, and the rest are disassembled and sold as accessories. Germany's automobile remanufacturing is a key development area. By 2004, Volkswagen AG had rebuilt 7,480,000 sets of automobile engines and 2.4 million sets of transmissions. The ratio of remanufactured engines, accessories and new machines sold by the company reached 9:1. Lu Juntao, deputy general manager of Fast, said recently: “Remanufacturing is an emerging industry, with high start-up costs and long operating cycles. It requires strong support from all parties in the early stages, and the supportive projects are on track to gradually form a virtuous circle. We rely on good support. The Fast Group has its own resources, from raw materials recycling to the market, and it is guaranteed in terms of technology, channels, and funds. Compared with independent remanufacturing companies, the advantage is obvious. So despite the short time, the project has been very good. Start." As one of the first batch of 14 remanufactured pilot companies, the project successfully completed the first remanufactured transmission at the end of 2010, and successfully passed the online factory inspection. All major performance indicators and safety and quality indicators met the original product standards. . Shaanxi Fast has already had the ability to remanufacture 200 transmissions per month, and strives to achieve an annual output of 15,000 remanufactured transmissions within two years.
