Hydraulic rock drill use problem

Hydraulic rock drill use problem

1, the hydraulic radial drill spindle sleeve and the box guide sleeve cooperation gap is too large. The sleeve should be trimmed and the guide bushing replaced.

2. The spindle shaft moves too much. Should adjust the back mother on the spindle, reduce the axial gap to ensure within 0.01 mm.

3, spindle cone hole and drill taper handle is not good. Use a cast iron Morse taper to hold the grinding taper hole to ensure that the contact area with the standard test bar is not less than 70%.

4. The workpiece is clamped too tightly or the clamped position is improper, forming a deformation of the workpiece. The clamping area should be reasonably selected to accurately clamp the workpiece.

5. The repeat accuracy of clamped parts is poor and clamping is not strong. Clamping components should be adjusted from the beginning to ensure repeatable positioning and clamping.

6. There is a burr or grinding injury in the spindle taper hole, forming a skewed drill bit. Use a spatula to scrape the inner conical hole burr or to follow the simulated part to ensure that the radial circle runout error of the cone bore axis is less than 0.02 mm on the main shaft end.

7. The main cutting edge of the drill varies in length. The drill bit should be sharpened from the beginning to ensure that the major cutting edge is common and the cutting edge is symmetric and sharp.
