Jinan products pass the test into the US market

In January of this year, Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool Group officially put into use the five large-scale fast intelligent stamping production lines provided by Ford Motors. This is the first time that China’s large-scale intelligent stamping production line with completely independent intellectual property rights has entered the US market, breaking the monopoly of German companies for 20 years.

Like the two machine tools, many Jinan companies have also sold their products to the United States. On the road to the other side of the Pacific Ocean, these products have passed many layers of tests.

Technology broke the monopoly of Detroit, the famous “city of cars” and the “car giants” of the United States—the headquarters of GM, Ford, and Chrysler. This brings together the cutting-edge technologies of the world's automotive industry.

At the end of 2011, Jinan No.2 Machine Tool Co., Ltd. obtained orders for five large-scale fast intelligent press production lines from two Ford vehicles in the United States. This is the first time that Ford has purchased non-German production stamping equipment in 20 years. Four of them were used for the production plant at Ford's Detroit headquarters. For the arrival of the production line, the factory removed the original 23 old production lines. These old-fashioned production lines are the products of Germany. Not only that, the factory also transformed the factory building completed in 1938 into a modern workshop.

The breaking of the international monopoly comes from technological competitiveness. For years, Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool has been eyeing the most cutting-edge technologies in the world. On average, it independently researches and develops more than 80 kinds of products and 90% of them reach international or domestic advanced levels. The key technology research and development of CNC punching machine is keeping pace with world-class companies.

Taking the example of the fast intelligent stamping production line exported to the United States, the stamping per minute can reach 15 times, far more than the products of other countries. When the first production line was used by Ford, the production volume of the original German production line was completed within one month in two days.

This safety test is a requirement of the UL Underwriters Laboratories safety standard. U.S. certification personnel conducted a total of four washing machines, and eventually there was no one burning cotton gauze. "America certified personnel said that the Chinese washing machine brand can only pass this certification once only the duckling." "The whole process also learned a lot of things." Li Dechen said, "a trick of UL certification is if the product parts themselves Having passed its certification, the process will be much simpler.” Last year Duckling received 30,000 orders from the United States. In March this year, it signed the first batch of 20,000 procurement contracts.
