     1. There is no display on the screen and the probe has no sound: Check if the power supply is normal.
     2. Screen error message ERR01: Check if the probe connection is normal.
     3. Screen error message ERR02: The ID of the probe and the transmitter are inconsistent. Set the ID by pressing the key.
     4. Abnormal relay operation: Check whether the relay settings meet the requirements.
     5, the instrument display is normal, but the output signal current is abnormal: check the wiring is correct, the current load impedance meets the requirements, the central control room module is configured properly.
     6. The panel shows nothing but the probe has sound: Check whether the LCD connection is normal
     7. Invalid keyboard keys: Check if the keyboard connection is normal.
     8, the instrument and the host computer can not communicate: Check the wiring, ID, communication speed, communication protocol is correct.
     9, the instrument close to the normal measurement, remote measurement abnormalities: first check the installation is normal, and then check the parameter settings are reasonable.
     10, the instrument near the end of deadlock: Check whether the actual reaction conditions, check the parameters are reasonable.
     11. After the instrument has been running for a period of time, a serious abnormality is measured: Check whether the instrument is hanging and clean it in time.

When the level gauge is installed, whether the probe and the container wall are too close. If the liquid level is not stable, the echo of the container wall and the direct wave The difference between the sound courses is small, resulting in interference superposition phenomenon, so that the meter indication is not accurate; whether the instrument mounting frame vibration; no liquid level, or the liquid surface is too high, enter the blind area, resulting in no echo signal instrument.
     14, the instrument is only backlit after power-on, without any character display: generally the program chip is lost, it is recommended that the instrument be sent back to the original factory for processing.
     15, the instrument can not be used under the strong interference scene: due to the power supply fluctuation range is relatively large, surrounded by a frequency converter or a strong magnetic field interference, grounding line is not correct. Provide a stable power supply for the instrument, the instrument is installed away from the inverter and strong magnetic field interference, there is a good grounding line.
