The 15th Anniversary of the China Metering Association's Water Metering Committee and the 4th All-Presidential Membership of the Fourth Session was held on June 4, 2013 at the 1st World Hotel in Hangzhou.
WANG Jianping, Secretary General of China Measurement Association, Director Huang Guanglong, Metrology Division of China State Bureau of Technical Supervision, Secretary-General Li Chunqin of the Water Meter Working Committee, East Consultant of the Water Metering Committee, Chief of Lan Chenguang, Metrology Division of Zhejiang Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau, and Lu Jianxiang, Technical Supervision Bureau of Hangzhou Mr. Zhu Changjian, deputy general manager of Hangzhou Water Holding Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Shihao, member of the Water Metering Working Committee, and Deputy Secretary-General Luo Xinyuan of the Water Metering Working Committee sat at the rostrum.
Director Huang Guanglong gave a lecture on "Measurement Development Planning (2013-2020)", Chairman Zhang Shihao made a summary of his work for the fifteenth anniversary and his work plan for 2013, Deputy Secretary-General Luo Xinyuan made the 2012 annual financial report of the Water Metering Committee, and Deputy Secretary Li Hongwei. He introduced the “Analysis Report of Water Meter Safety Hidden Problems†and commended the work activists of the “Water Meter Website†and presented the awards, announcing the list of newly recruited companies and issuing membership certificates.

How to Use: Open the ratchet by pressing the lever on the handle and lifting the handle. Slide the loose strap end through the bar on the handle and fold it over.
