The first overseas production base of Nissei Resin Industry settled in Jiangsu

Recently, the first overseas production base of Nissei's resin industry established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nissei Plastic Machinery (Taicang), which is engaged in the manufacture and processing of injection molding machines in Jiangsu Province. The company will produce the main model of Nissei's resin industry, the "NEX" series of electric injection molding machines, and the four types of mold clamping force of approximately 500k to 1800kN and the "PNX/FNX" series of hybrid injection molding machines. There are four models with a force of about 400k to 1800kN. The goal is to produce 30 units in the first year, 300 in 2010, and 600 in 2011.
Nissei resin sees China as an important market for injection molding machines. The plan is to reduce costs by producing generic models in China and ensure profits by increasing sales and local sales. In addition, local procurement products will be gradually added to continuously reduce costs, maintain price competitiveness, and improve systems that can cope with changes in import tariffs. In the future, it intends to export to countries outside China.
