Recently, Qingdao Haidewei Technology Co., Ltd. has acquired orders for marine black box and ballast water treatment systems in the international and domestic markets, and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of ballast water treatment systems in Europe. Marine black box is one of the brand products independently developed by Hideaway. It is divided into floating type and sunken type. There are currently four floating black box manufacturers in the world that have obtained international authority certification, and Heidway is the only one in China. Up to now, more than 3,000 ocean-going vessels around the world have installed marine black boxes produced by Hideaway, making them a leader in the actual ship installation of the product.
As a high-end product independently researched and developed by Haidwei, the Marine Guardian Ballast Water Treatment System has been equipped with more than 30 vessels and has received more than 200 sets of orders. It is reported that in June, Heideway successfully completed the commissioning of the marine guardian ballast water treatment system in the Netherlands in only three days. The commissioning time was tight, and the service engineer of Heidway in the Netherlands received the notice from the shipyard and immediately boarded the ship for basic commissioning. Due to previous professional training in the country, these engineers completed the basic commissioning operation in only one day, and in the subsequent trial of the ship, all the commissioning tasks were completed in only 2 days, ensuring the delivery on schedule. This fully demonstrates the advantages of Heidway's global service network in providing after-sales service.
