On the morning of August 30, 2011, Valin Automotive's production line for the production line of 50,000 heavy-duty trucks with a single shift per year was held in the new plant of Hualing Company in the southern district of Ma’anshan Development Zone. The annual output of 50,000 heavy-duty trucks in a single shift of Valin Auto officially commenced in June 2010. The total planned investment is 1.5 billion yuan. The first-phase project covers an area of ​​400 acres and consists of four processes: stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. Area of ​​140,000 square meters. The production line of the assembly line with four major processes will be put into operation this time. All four major processes will be completed and put into production before March 1, 2012. Before July 1, 2012, all necessary technical transformation work for the project will be completed, including land occupation. The 350-mu frame plant and inspection line project will also be completed and put into production. After the project is completed, it will be a domestic first-class, world-leading heavy truck production base. After reaching production, it can realize an annual production capacity of 50,000 vehicles in a single class, and an annual production capacity of 100,000 heavy trucks in a double class, which can achieve a sales income of 25 billion yuan.
