Steps for opening/closing the machine:
Whole machine boot program:
The operation of the laser cutting machine includes the operation of the numerical control system, the operation of the laser and the operation of the machine part.
Under the premise of observing the safety operation rules of each part, the daily operating procedures of the operator's normal starting work are as follows:
1) Close the main power supply. Check the voltage and three-phase balance on the regulated power supply to see if the machine's electrical requirements are met.
2) Start the chiller. Check the water temperature, whether the water pressure is normal, and match the required water pressure and water temperature of the selected laser.
3) Turn on the air compressor and dryer and check if the air pressure is normal.
4) Open the helium, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide gases, and check the pressure relief valve for leaks. Check whether the high and low pressure of each cylinder are normal. If the cylinder pressure is lower than 0.6MPA, it is recommended to replace the cylinder.
5) Start the laser (see laser operation manual for details)
6) Start the CNC system. The zero return of the machine brings the machine to standby (see the CNC operation manual). When returning to the zero point, the Z axis should be zeroed first to make the cutting head at the highest position, and then the X and Y axes can be zeroed back so as not to damage the cutting head when it returns to zero.
Whole machine program:
1) Turn off the laser and turn off the laser cylinder.
2) Turn off the chiller.
3) Turn off the air compressor.
4) Turn off the dryer.
5) Turn off the industrial chiller.
6) The machine returns to origin.
7) Turn off the machine power.
8) Turn off the cutting gas.
9) Closed cutting head nozzle.
