China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association took the lead today, and jointly initiated initiatives with a number of domestic agricultural machinery manufacturing, sales enterprises and agricultural machinery cooperatives, and promised to lead by example and firmly implement the agricultural machinery country III upgrade.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the “Announcement on Implementing the National Third Stage Non-Road Mobile Machinery Diesel Engine Exhaust Pollutant Emission Standards” (No. 5 of 2016), which requires “all manufacturing, import and sales” The agricultural machinery shall not be equipped with diesel engines that do not meet the requirements of the third stage of the "Non-road Standards".
Accordingly, the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, together with 30 domestic agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises, 20 agricultural machinery sales enterprises and more than 70 agricultural machinery cooperatives, jointly responded and actively implemented the Ministry of Environmental Protection's implementation of the national third-stage non-road mobile machinery. Announcement of Diesel Engine Exhaust Pollutant Emission Standards, earnestly fulfill the social responsibility and environmental protection obligations of agricultural machinery enterprises.
Committed to tomorrow, we will resolutely not manufacture, sell, or purchase agricultural machinery products that have not reached the third-stage emission standards. At the same time, according to the regulations, timely and truthfully disclose relevant environmental protection information of enterprises. It also reports, resists, and prohibits the manufacture and sale of business operations and non-compliant enterprises that do not meet the third-stage emission standards for diesel engine agricultural products.
The initiative is led by China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, including China Yituo Group Co., Ltd., Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Shandong Shifeng (Group) Co., Ltd., Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Zhonglian Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., etc. It is a well-known agricultural machinery production and sales enterprise in China, and 70 agricultural machinery cooperatives all over the country.

In 2016, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the “Announcement on Implementing the National Third-Level Emission Standard for Diesel Engine Exhaust Pollutants for Non-road Mobile Machinery” (No. 5 of 2016), clearly requiring “from December 1, 2016, All agricultural machinery manufactured, imported and sold shall not be equipped with diesel engines that do not meet the requirements of the third phase of the Non-Road Standard. Based on this, we promise and advocate:
First, resolutely respond and actively implement the Ministry of Environmental Protection's "Implementation of the National Third-stage Emission Standard for Diesel Engine Exhaust Pollutants for Non-Road Mobile Machinery", and earnestly fulfill the social responsibility and environmental protection obligations of agricultural machinery enterprises.
2. After December 1, 2016, we are determined not to manufacture, sell, or purchase agricultural machinery products that do not meet the third-stage emission standards.
Third, timely and truthfully disclose relevant environmental protection information of enterprises according to regulations.
Fourth, report, boycott, prohibit the manufacture and sale of business operations and non-compliant enterprises that have not reached the third-stage emission standard diesel engine agricultural products.
